The data is hosted in France on secure, sovereign servers operated by trusted French providers. SQOOL complies with the GDPR and does not incorporate any data collection or monetisation services, unlike certain mainstream platforms. The data collected is used solely for management purposes on behalf of the local authority.
Yes. SQOOL offers connectors to integrate with your digital learning platforms, LDAP/AD directories and other authentication systems. The aim is to automate account management and secure access. We specialise in information systems used by local authorities and in the education sector, so we can find solutions tailored to your needs.
The SQOOL equipment (tablet and PC) comes with a 3-year warranty (extendable by a further year) and 4 years’ access to the SQOOL software suite. Our education project managers and technical experts are based in France. They can work remotely or on-site as required.
Yes. SQOOL is designed to keep total cost of ownership (TCO) under control: there are no hidden costs, and the investment involves a clear budget covering hardware, software, support and guidance. This sustainable approach is compatible with public policies (REEN, AGEC).
Yes. Thanks to SQOOL MDM, You can centralise updates and configurations, monitor usage, manage user profiles, and ensure device security remotely (locking, geolocation, data wiping in the event of loss, etc.). Furthermore, fleet management can be delegated directly to schools.
The SQOOL tablets and PCs are specifically designed to meet the needs of schools (long-lasting batteries, sturdy hinges, tamper-proof keyboards), with components tailored for school use (audio jacks, USB ports, HDMI ports, a rugged keyboard, etc.). The solution SQOOL Extend also helps to extend the lifespan of existing IT infrastructure through virtual machines that are easy for teachers and pupils to use and tailored to the school environment.

Yes. Depending on your project, we can arrange for you to trial our solutions on a loan basis. Before a full-scale roll-out, we can also support you through a pilot phase to test integration, help your teams build their skills, and validate usage within a limited scope before rolling out the solution more widely. As for SQOOL Extend, we offer a model for demonstration, testing and experimentation.
A dedicated project manager will support you at every stage: technical audit, planning, installation, configuration, user training, and usage monitoring. This service complements the logistical aspects of distribution and installation handled by our distribution partners.
