A sovereign solution is developed, hosted and managed in France or Europe, in compliance with local regulations (such as GDPR). It ensures independence from non-European providers.
This ensures that students’ personal data are not subject to foreign legislation (such as the U.S. Cloud Act) and remain protected under CNIL regulations.
Some operations have now been relocated: after-sales service is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, and a partial assembly phase is being tested at La Fabrique. The long-term goal is to strengthen digital sovereignty at every stage of the value chain.
